Halo Reach incorporates a feature into the game called theater mode, this enables every player to record footage and take screen shots from within their multiplayer game. Lots of this data is hosted on www.bungie.net and is completely free to download, This means that I can upload my own footage and screen shots for use with my project and it gives me the ability to use other peoples.

For Example:

This photo was taken on my Xbox 360 then sent to the bungie website where I downloaded it.
This gives me the ability to literally create what I like so i can use it with my design.
